I was born in Maracaibo, Venezuela. I graduated from UNICA as a Graphic Designer and was a freelancer while I attending College. After college in 2010 I decided to start my own baking company and that was my passion until August 2017 when I made a decision to relocate with my two children to the USA for a better life for my family. We made our new start in Homestead, Florida. Shortly after arriving, I began working at Island Tropical Foliage in the Production department without any knowledge of plants where I stayed for a year and a half doing payroll, inventory and had many other responsibilities. In 2018, I was promoted to the Export department, my dream come true. I love getting to know our Caribbean customers and their special needs. I am behind all of the orders; I translate English/Spanish to our costumers, respond to emails, maintain contact with them every step of the way. It is great experience and also a great opportunity to grow professionally in the plant industry. I consider myself a creative person, I like to learn every day and I take everything positive from my skills and I feel grateful to be a part of the Island Tropical Foliage team.
